Bill & Carolann were left with an unfinished garden by the housebuilders in their new estate. Instead of a level garden with a gentle slope they were left with half a garden, fenced off before a steep slope. After a site survey we were happy to proceed with what was to be our steepest project to date. 

An engineered structure was built on slope ( which was later approved by Building control ) and once in position a standard 1.8m fence was built around perimeter. 2 decks were then built across garden – the bigger deck for BBQ’s and dining and the smaller deck had it’s own Gazebo and seating (with lighting below seating for effect).

Existing slabbed patio at doors was replaced with new Sandstone pavers which were positioned across new lawn and continued cross deck.
